Vinyl Fox Return Policy


At Vinyl Fox, we strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created a straightforward return policy to help guide you through the process.


1. Vinyl Decals


Returns & Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your vinyl decals arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or processing a return and refund.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong decal, we will replace it or offer a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return.


Non-Returnable Items:

Customized Decals: Custom orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We encourage customers to double-check all custom design details before placing the order.


Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restock fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to defects or errors made by us. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


2. How to Return an Item

Contact us at support@vinylfoxusa.com to request a return authorization.

Provide your order number and a description of the issue (e.g., damaged, incorrect, size issue).

Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.


3. Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, minus the 20% restock fee for non-defective returns.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed and for your refund to appear in your account.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it as per the policy above.


5. Shipping Policy

All return shipments must be made with trackable shipping to ensure it reaches us.

We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
